The LINX mobile display mounts conveniently and unobtrusively within reach of the driver while the main control hub lies neatly out of sight under the dash or seat; taking care of all accessory wiring.

The Amarok Joins The Summit RSTB Club
Volkswagen’s recent update to the Amarok has provided ARB engineers the opportunity to develop a Summit Rear Step Tow Bar to suit. Whilst primarily designed for the updated Amarok, a supplementary fitting kit is available to enable fitment to an earlier model Amarok.
To maximise departure angles while allowing for number plate fitment under the tailgate, ARB’s engineers have adapted the Summit Rear Step Tow Bar design, yet retained the features of the Summit platform, including press form wings, press formed diffuser, and centre lift and panel and hi-lift jack points at the rear and side.
The 60.3mm tube work, finished in Integrit textured black powdercoat, has been formed to provide the necessary protection and strength to the Summit Rear Step Tow Bar assembly.

ARB’s Summit Sahara Range Expands
Following the roll-out of the popular Summit bar for the Toyota Prado 150, ARB are happy to announce the newest addition to the Summit Sahara bar range, which is now available for this vehicle.
Designed and developed to offer a stylish bar that complements the vehicle design of the GX and GXL Prado, the Summit Sahara bar shares a number of features with the Summit bar, including a press form top pan and winch cover, recessed winch control mount, 30mm wing and pan radius, split pan grill with twin doors for winch and driving light mount access.
A number of subtle design changes have been developed, including different wing depth and angles to complement the Summit Sahara fit and finish on the vehicle. Whilst chassis mounts are retained from the Summit bar, new under wing panels have been developed for the re-designed wings.
The Isuzu D-MAX 2016+ Steps Up Its Protection
With an all new attachment system, larger steel tubing and anodised aluminium tread plate, the Summit side protection range encompasses the very best in design and vehicle protection, now available for Isuzu D-MAX 2016+ single and dual cabs – extra cab is currently under development.
Built for the next generation of four wheel drives, Summit side rails and protection steps defend your vehicle’s doors, side sills and quarter panels from expensive damage encountered off road. Manufactured from high strength 60.3mm tubular steel; the attachment system connects the side rail to the bull bar securely, while a tough nylon cover sleeve provides an integrated look.
For those that do not require both, a standalone protection step can be fitted.
ARB Air Lockers Unbeatable at King of the Hammers
Arguably the most gruelling off road race on the planet, King of the Hammers, is a brutal concoction of desert racing, rock crawling and high horsepower 4WD machines.
For one week, every February since 2006, Johnson Valley in California is transformed into what is now the largest off road race event in North America. This year was no exception, boasting a record number of both competitors and spectators.
ARB’s presence has been ever growing amongst the field of competitors, with more vehicles now relying on Air Lockers to get them to the chequered flag. All of these drivers have the option run other differential setups, yet they choose to arm their vehicles with Air Lockers; A testament to the product’s capability.
In the main event, Shannon Campbell, a name very well known in rock sports and long-time ARB Air Locker sponsored driver, entered the 2017 KOH race in search of his third crown. For his 2017 campaign, Shannon’s buggy was equipped with a prototype 40-spline Ford 9” competition edition Air Locker in the rear, and a production competition 35-spline unit in the front.
Shannon was able to fight off 122 competitors, including his son Wayland Campbell, and became the first 3-time King of the Hammers champion. Not far behind, Wayland crossed the line a mere 28 seconds later to claim the 2nd step on the podium. This was no small achievement, considering out of all the main event competitors who left the start line, only 50 managed to make it back!
The prototype diff worked extremely well for Shannon, and due to its success, ARB will soon have it in full production and available to the public.
It is worthy to note, that throughout the various events leading up to the main race, a common denominator amongst multiple winning vehicles, is that they were all fitted with ARB Air Lockers.

ARB Sport Lid Tango For Ranger PXI & PXII+
Providing secure storage space and protection from the elements, as well as incorporating a clever new hinge system that allows the fitment of OE sports bars, the Tango Sport Lid for the Ford Ranger PXI & PXII attaches to the Tango Mount Rails to provide an integrated system.
If the confines of the ute tub itself aren’t sufficient for storing all of your gear, the new Tango Sport Lid also incorporates top mounted aluminium T-channels, which will accept a range of Thule and Rhino roof bars and accessories, including cargo trays, bike racks, shovel holders and the like. A total of 75kg can be added to the top of the Sport Lid, with a maximum of 20kg recommended should you plan on lifting the lid with the top mounted cargo in place.
Importantly, for larger loads, the Tango Sport Lid has been designed with an attachment system that requires very little time and effort to remove, making runs to the tip on the weekend or helping a mate move house, an easy proposition.
Other clever features include central locking via the vehicle key fob, a soft touch electronic unlatching mechanism, LED interior lighting and emergency override of the locking mechanism, should the vehicle battery run flat or should someone get trapped inside.
ARB Releases Stage 1 & 2 GVM Upgrades for Toyota HiLux
ARB has now extended its range of Old Man Emu (OME) GVM upgrades to include Toyota HiLux models from 2015 on. After successfully obtaining approval to increase the Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) for the HiLux, ARB has released two upgrade options to improve the original specified capacity from 3000kg to either 3150kg or 3465kg.
Whether you’re carrying tools for your trade or loading up the 4×4 for a big trip, your vehicle can become dangerous and illegal if it’s in excess of the OEM specified weight limit.
The GVM is the maximum a vehicle can weigh when fully loaded. Everything you place on, or in your vehicle adds to the overall Gross Vehicle Mass. This includes a bull bar, tow bar, recovery gear, the tray body for cab chassis vehicles, fuel and even your passengers.
All vehicles have a legal GVM as part of the vehicle manufacturer’s Australian Design Rules (ADR) approval. If your vehicle exceeds these limits you could be up for a costly fine, void your insurance and ultimately make your vehicle unsafe.
To combat these issues, ARB offers Old Man Emu GVM upgrades for a number of new vehicles, now including a range of Toyota HiLux 4×4 variants. There are two upgrade options available to cater for different applications. A Stage 1 upgrade will increase the HiLux’s GVM to 3150kg, and a Stage 2 will increase the GVM to a whopping 3465kg.
There is, however, a special condition that comes with the heavier GVM upgrade. A minimum of 600kg must be permanently carried in, or on the vehicle at all times. This requirement is part of the ARB approval when fitting a Stage 2 upgrade and is essential to maintain the vehicle’s handling performance.
New vehicle GVM enhancements are only granted by the Federal Department of Infrastructure and Transport after ARB have carried out thorough testing. ARB also ensures that the increased GVM following the fitment of a complete suspension system meets ADR safety requirements.
Once an authorised OME fitter has installed an approved OME suspension system and a GVM Upgrade Compliance Plate to your vehicle, it can then be registered according to its newly increased GVM. This process ensures that your vehicle is GVM legal in all states of Australia.

ARB Recovery Gloves
Introducing the new ARB recovery gloves, perfect for hand protection and keeping your hands clean during recovery situations, general work on your vehicle, or around the campsite. Providing general protection in a stylish design, these gloves are a perfect addition to the glovebox or recovery kit.
Using premium synthetic materials to reduce abrasion and wear, as well as increase comfort on your hand, the ARB recovery gloves provide knuckle protection as well as palm protection with molded rubber impact guards. The high abrasion resistant material on the inside palm of the glove works well with wire or synthetic rope winch cables. Added protection to the palm and fingers provide a safe yet good dexterity glove with a firm fitment, reducing pinching hazards.
